1. Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within this window are refunded in full.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be charged up to 50% of the agreed fare, to cover the reserved vehicle and driver. The exact amount, if any, is stated in your booking confirmation.
3. No-Show
If the passenger is not present at the pick-up point and cannot be reached, the full fare may be charged. For airport pick-ups, waiting time begins 60 minutes after the flight has landed; for all other pick-ups, 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
4. Cancellation by the Operator
If we are unable to provide the service — including due to force majeure, vehicle failure, or a safety concern — you will receive a full refund or, at your choice, a free rebooking, subject to availability.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel or change a booking, contact us by WhatsApp or email at art.voyage.booking@gmail.com. A cancellation is confirmed only once you receive our written confirmation.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Actual posting times depend on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are processed by Yulian VIP, the licensed operator.
7. Changes & Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge when requested more than 24 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability. Later changes may be treated as a late cancellation.
8. Contact & Disputes
Please contact us before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback so that we can resolve the matter directly. All transportation services are provided by Yulian VIP, Osek Murshe No. [OPERATOR_TAX_ID]; Art Voyage is a commercial trading name only.
