From November to February, while Europe shivers, Eilat and the Dead Sea offer 20–25 °C days, quiet hotels and low-season rates. The catch is the drive: three and a half to four hours to Eilat, and up to two hours to the Dead Sea. A private transfer turns the long road into part of the holiday — door-to-door, with rest stops, luggage space and a driver who knows the desert routes.
Choose your winter route
Ben Gurion → Eilat
Direct road transfer from TLV, or a domestic flight to Ramon with a car waiting at arrivals. Rest stops and child seats on request.
Ben Gurion → Dead Sea
Ein Bokek, Neve Zohar and the Dead Sea hotels, with a Masada sunrise stop if you want one.
Tel Aviv / Jerusalem → Eilat
Hotel-to-hotel transfers, early starts and late returns, at a fixed price agreed before the trip.
Why winter is the season
Hotel rates fall after the High Holidays, the desert is cool enough to walk, and the Red Sea is still swimmable. The road south is quiet on weekdays but busy on Fridays and during school breaks. We plan around Shabbat, check the weather and build in a stop at Ein Gedi or Masada when the schedule allows.
- Fixed price per route, agreed in advance; no meter and no surprises.
- Mercedes V-Class or Sprinter with room for luggage and dive gear.
- Child seats free; rest stops and scenic detours on request.
- 24/7 dispatch, flight tracking and WhatsApp updates.
One-way, return or a full winter break
Book a single transfer, a return trip, or keep the car and driver for several days. A winter break can combine Eilat, the Dead Sea, Masada and the Negev in one itinerary, with the same driver throughout.
